Please Note: Achieving Nottinghamshire Carers Association’s Carer Friendly Employer Quality Mark signifies that an employer has demonstrated a meaningful and sustained commitment to supporting staff who have unpaid caring responsibilities.
Employers will have embedded carer awareness into their workplace culture, provide flexible working arrangements, promote open dialogue, and empower colleagues and managers to respond compassionately and effectively to staff balancing work with caregiving.
The Quality Mark is reviewed bi-annually to demonstrate that the employer continues to value inclusivity, wellbeing, and retention, creating a workplace where carers feel seen, respected, and can thrive professionally without compromising their personal responsibilities.
