Supported Independent Living Service (SILS) – Triage Advisor

Do you want a role where you can make a real difference to older and vulnerable people across Bassetlaw? 💙
Bassetlaw Action Centre is looking for a Triage Advisor to join our Supported Independent Living Service team.

👉 What you’ll be doing:
• Acting as the first point of contact for the SILS team
• Supporting people to live independently in their own homes
• Providing admin and IT support, maintaining client records and case studies
• Supporting outreach surgeries, community groups and occasional home visits

👉 Role details:
📍 Based in Retford with outreach across Bassetlaw
⏰ 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:45am–4:15pm)
💷 £12.87 per hour
📄 Permanent contract
🚗 Driving licence and access to a vehicle required
✅ DBS required
